They are also very durable, protecting the supporting teeth.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Are Lumineers?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lumineers are a very similar treatment option to porcelain veneers, but they take less preparation. This is because they are extremely thin and immediately bonded to the front surface of the teeth using a special adhesive. Here are a few of the many advantages of this treatment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Less Invasive:<\/strong> The procedure for placing Lumineers is much less invasive than the one for porcelain veneers. It does not involve the removal of any tooth enamel.<\/li><li><strong>Reversible:<\/strong> Because your teeth are not altered before this procedure, your dentist can remove them later on if you make that decision in the future.<\/li><li><strong>More Affordable:<\/strong> The cost of Lumineers is in a similar ballpark as the cost for dental veneers, but they tend to be a little more affordable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Cosmetic Dental Option Is Better?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Both dental veneers and Lumineers are great options when it comes to improving the appearance of your smile.
